Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 29, 2026

Who we are

Honey Bridge is a free local-SEO audit for restaurants, run by Tarqiyah LLC at audit.gohoneybridge.com. This policy covers what we do with information when you use it. It doesn’t cover other sites we link to — those have their own policies.

What we collect from you

When you run an audit, you give us:

  • Your restaurant’s details— the name, address, and Google listing you pick from the search box, plus your website address if you add one. This is business information, but if you’re a sole proprietor it can also count as personal.
  • Your email address — so we can send your report. If you later enter your email on a shared report to unlock it, we get that too.

What we collect automatically

  • Your IP address(the number that identifies your internet connection) — we use it only to stop people from spamming the audit tool. We don’t use it to track you around the web.
  • Basic technical info — things like your browser type and the time of your visit, which our hosting provider needs to keep the site running and secure.

We don’t use advertising or analytics cookies. The only outside script that loads while you’re typing is Google’s restaurant search box, which is covered by Google’s Privacy Policy.

What we look up about your business

To score your audit, we look up public information about your restaurant using a few data services — your Google Business Profile and ratings, online listings, where you rank in local search, and your website’s public pages and speed. Your score is calculated automatically from this. We never log into any private account of yours, and we only ever touch information that’s already public.

What we do with your information

  • Build your audit, save it, and show it to you.
  • Email you the report and a link to view it.
  • Follow up with you.You gave us your email for the report — we’ll also use it to talk to you about your results and how Honey Bridge can help. If you’d rather we didn’t, just say so (see below) and we’ll stop.
  • Keep the tool running, secure, and free of abuse.
  • Follow the law and enforce our terms.

We don’t sell your information, and we don’t share it with advertisers to follow you around the internet.

Who we share it with

We only share information with the services that help us run Honey Bridge, and only so they can do their job:

  • Our hosting and database providers — store your audit and your email.
  • Our email service — sends your report to the address you gave us.
  • A rate-limiting service — uses your IP address to keep the tool from being abused.
  • SEO and Google data services — receive your restaurant name, address, and website so they can return the numbers your audit is built from.
  • Our own Honey Bridge dashboard — your audit results and business details (but not your email) go to our internal dashboard so our team can follow up. This dashboard is also run by Tarqiyah LLC, so it’s still us — not an outside company buying your data.

The only other times we’d share anything: if the law requires it, to protect people’s safety or our rights, or if Honey Bridge is ever sold or merged.

How long we keep it

We keep your audit and contact details while we’re working with you, and for a reasonable time afterward for our records. To avoid re-running a fresh audit every time, we may reuse a recent result for up to 90 days. You can ask us to delete your information whenever you want, and we will — unless the law requires us to hold on to it.

Your choices and California privacy rights

Don’t want our emails?Reply to any of them and ask us to stop, or use the unsubscribe link, and we’ll take you off the list.

If you live in California, the law (the CCPA, as updated by the CPRA) gives you the right to:

  • See what personal information we have and how we use it.
  • Ask us to delete it.
  • Ask us to fix it if it’s wrong.
  • Tell us not to “sell” or “share” it — though we don’t do either of those in the first place.
  • Be treated the same whether or not you use these rights.

To do any of this, email gohoneybridge@gmail.com. We’ll confirm it’s really you (usually by checking you control the email on the audit) and get back to you within the time the law allows. You can also have someone make the request for you.

Keeping your information safe

We use trusted providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information, and report links use long, random web addresses that can’t be guessed. That said, no website is 100% secure, so we can’t promise perfect security.

About your audit

Your audit is an automated estimate built from public data to help you spot opportunities — it’s not a guarantee of how you’ll rank or perform. Use it as a starting point, not a promise.

Children

Honey Bridge is for businesses, not kids. It’s not meant for anyone under 16, and we don’t knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we’ll update this page and change the “Last updated” date at the top. Big changes will show up here.
